Tourist attractions in Nara Prefecture1

Tourist attractions in Nara Prefecture1   In February, I went on an inspection trip to Nara. This inspection trip was to finalize the use of Google My Maps, which we plan to use for clothing rental logistics and concierge. As it turned out, everything was running smoothly, which was a relief.   Table of Contents 1: Nara Palace Site 2: Toshodaiji Temple 3: Yakushiji Temple 4: Horyu-ji Temple 5: Hokiji Temple   1: Nara Palace Site After arriving in Nara, I rented bicycles from the hotel and visited famous tourist sites, including World Heritage Sites. Sightseeing by train is difficult in Nara as there is no underground system, and the railway network is poorly developed. Sightseeing is possible with the “Gurutto Bus,” which costs 100 yen per ride. But the “Gurutto Bus” don’t have routes to places such as Yakushiji Temple and Horyuji Temple. It depends on where you want to go, but this time I am convinced that a bicycle is the best way to see Nara after touring the sights by bicycle. First, I went to the Nara Palace Site near our hotel. The Heijo Palace Ruins were the center of the Heijo-kyo Capital, which was relocated fromread moreTourist attractions in Nara Prefecture1

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo   Table of Contents 1:Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo 2:Famous cherry blossom viewing spots in the Tohoku region and Hokkaido 1:Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo Today, Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo. Our clothing rental service has a delivery availability date one month ahead of the order date. This is due to the concierge service, which takes 2-3 weeks to create. Therefore, we can’t deliver the clothing rental service for the Hanami season in Tokyo. However, according to current cherry blossom bloom forecasts, Morioka City will be 15 April, and Akita City will be in full bloom on 16 April. And Aomori City on 18 April, Hakodate on 26 April, Sapporo on 29 April, Asahikawa on 4 May, and Kushiro on 10 May, so there are places where you can view cherry blossoms even one month ahead. I love cherry blossom viewing in the Tohoku region and Hokkaido, where it is less crowded than in Tokyo.   2:Famous cherry blossom viewing spots in the Tohoku region and Hokkaido Morioka City: Ishiwarizakura, Takamatsu ParkAkita City: Ohiragawa Cherry Blossom Row, Araya Sakura ParkAomori City: Gappo Park, Hirosaki Park (Hirosaki City)Hakodate City: Hakodate Park, Goryokakuread moreCherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo

The report states that greenhouse gas emissions must be almost halved by 2030 to limit global warming to a 1.5°C rise. The report says that “Options available now” must be implemented to achieve this target. This report also comments on the need for “Sharing of diverse knowledge” to enable effective climate action. It concludes, “Our choices will reverberate for hundreds, even thousands, of years.” 2: Carbon reduction benefits of reducing checked baggage Reducing checked baggage through our clothing rental service can reduce the carbon footprint of air travel to Japan (round trip) by 149 kg. This effect is equivalent to planting 186 trees. In terms of CO2 emissions per person, the reduction equals 11 days of CO2 emissions. If limited to the living sector, the reduction is an overwhelming 179 days. Reducing checked baggage through our clothing rental service is aread moreCut global GHG emissions by nearly half by 2030

The Japan Braille Library is located close to our shared office. Kazuo Honma established the Japan Braille Library in 1940 as a library for the visually impaired. Today, besides Braille books, the library offers many other services, including free lending of recorded books and magazines and an internet distribution service. In addition, the Asian Library for the Blind Cooperation Project provides a rich supply of Braille books to the visually impaired in the Asian region. Kazuo Honma said: ‘In rights and duties, the two worlds of the sighted person and the blind person must be fair.’ These words are connected to today’s universal design and accessible design.   2: Braille blocks spread from Takadanobaba to the rest of the world Due to the large number of visually impaired people attending the ‘Japan Braille Library,’ Tokyoread moreBraille blocks and accessible tourism

在「可持續旅行」系列中,我們使用 ECTA 的「Guidelines for Measuring and Managing CO2 Emissions from Freight Transport Operations」中提供的數據計算並説明了飛機上托運行李所產生的二氧化碳排放量。 Source: Bureau of Transportation Statistics Source: Bureau of Transportation Statistics   Source: Bureau of Transportation Statistics Source: The Geography of Transport Systems 我們使用了國際能源署 (IEA) 和「Our World in Data」的數據。 Source: IEA   另一方面,「Our World in Data」發布了更詳細的數據(2018 年)。 The carbon footprint of travel per kilometer, 2018 Source: Our World in Data   4:
