September itinerary in Japan Day 2 (Miyagi Day 2 Meal edition) (Monday, September 27) Table of contents Lunch Snack Craft beer Dinner Lunch I ate “Miyagi no Sachi Nigiri” set at Matsushima’s sushi restaurant “Sushi -Kou”. It was a sushi set made entirely of sushi ingredients from Miyagi prefecture, so I was grateful for the purpose of eating seasonal seafood and local dishes. In particular, it was good to be able to eat “abalone” that I hadn’t eaten since I came to Miyagi prefecture. Also, I was very happy because I was able to eat “shark fin sushi” made from sharks, which has the highest catch in Miyagi prefecture. I think I ate shark fin sushi for the first time, but it was very delicious. “Sushi -Kou” is a sushi restaurant in Matsushima that we can recommend to everyone.
