Special feature on Ekiben (lunch box) available in Tokyo 2
This is the second post in a special feature on ekiben available in Tokyo. This time, ekiben were purchased at Shinjuku and Takadanobaba stations.
The ekiben counters at Shinjuku and Tokyo stations only sell ekiben produced in Tokyo if you go early in the morning. However, around noon, ekiben from various regions where mainly JR East lines are located are also sold. Therefore, if you want to buy regional ekiben in Tokyo, it is recommended to go after lunchtime.
Note that Kiyo-ken is located on the platform of Takadanobaba Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, which sells ekiben from Kiyo-ken, mainly shumai bento.
